If Tivy Shipping Rate Tables Pro isn’t right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of buying and you’ll get your money back in full. You don’t need to give a reason, though it helps us to know.
The free plugin is there so you can try the basics first, and we’re happy to answer questions before you buy.
How to ask
Either:
- email [email protected] from the address you bought with, including your order or licence number; or
- use the refund option in your Freemius account (the link is in your purchase email).
Freemius processes refunds as merchant of record and returns the money to the card or PayPal account you paid with. It usually shows within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
When a licence is refunded it’s cancelled, so the Pro add-on stops working and should be removed from your sites.
Renewals
The same 14 days apply to automatic renewals: if a renewal goes through that you didn’t want, ask within 14 days of the renewal date for a full refund. You’ll get a reminder email before each renewal.
Upgrades
If you upgrade to a plan with more sites, you pay only the difference for the rest of your licence year. You can ask for the upgrade payment to be refunded within 14 days and go back to your previous plan.
After 14 days
After 14 days we don’t normally give refunds. If Pro has a fault we can’t fix, or doesn’t do what the product page says it does, please tell us: we’ll put it right or refund you, and your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.
Your legal right to cancel
UK and EU consumer law gives a 14-day right to cancel online purchases, which for digital content usually ends once the download starts. Our guarantee is more generous: it applies even after you’ve downloaded and activated Pro.
