Your delivery charges, published right, and checked.
Shipping Rate Tables turns your Flexible Shipping settings into clear delivery tables that always match checkout. Pro checks every UK postcode for areas charged twice, or not at all.
For WooCommerce shops using Flexible Shipping. Built in the UK.
Two things go wrong with delivery charges. Nobody notices either.
1. Your delivery rates page drifts out of date. You change a rate in Flexible Shipping, and the table on your Delivery page still shows last year’s prices. Customers see one price on the page and another at checkout.
2. Your postcodes may be charging the wrong area. Flexible Shipping Locations matches any postcode that starts with an entry. So DN3* also catches DN32, and PA2* catches PA21 to PA29. When your courier splits an area by district, as most do in Scotland, some customers match two areas at once and pay for both, or the wrong one. Others match none, and simply don’t see your delivery option.
No error appears anywhere. Customers who are overcharged just leave.

Delivery tables that update themselves. Free.
Add one shortcode to your Delivery page. The table reads your Flexible Shipping rules every time it’s shown, so it can’t drift out of date.

PRO Plugin
Pro: for shops that price by postcode and more
If you use Flexible Shipping Locations for pallet or courier zones, Pro shows your customers what they’ll pay where they live, and checks every postcode in the UK so you know it’s right.
Postcode check
Every method, every UK postcode district, in seconds. Pro lists postcodes that match two areas, shows what those customers are actually charged, finds postcodes with no price at all, and points to the exact entries causing each problem.
Exact postcode matching
One tick box fixes the root cause. Each postcode only matches entries for its own district, and the most specific one wins: DN32 stays DN32. Your Flexible Shipping settings aren’t touched.
Postcode area tables
Show customers their area, the postcodes it covers (“FK1–FK16, G, KA1–KA25”) and the price for each service. Separate tables for trade and retail customers, and prices with VAT underneath.
Worked Example
How one missing digit doubles a delivery charge
(Illustrative: made-up shop, made-up prices, the real matching behaviour.)
- Zone A (£60 a pallet):
PA1*PA2*PA3* - Zone B, Highlands and islands (£140 a pallet):
PA20*toPA78* - Calculation method: Sum
What happens: A customer in Dunoon enters PA23 7QA. Flexible Shipping removes the space and checks which entries the postcode starts with. “PA237QA” starts with PA23, so it’s in Zone B, but it also starts with PA2, so it’s in Zone A too. Both rules match, and the customer is quoted £200 instead of £140.
And the other way round: A customer in Paisley at PA2 1AB becomes “PA21AB”, which starts with PA21, so they match both zones as well and pay £200 for a delivery that should cost £60.
What Pro shows: The postcode check lists every district affected (here, PA20 to PA78 and parts of PA2 and PA3), what those customers pay now, and what they’d pay with exact matching switched on: Zone B only, £140.
Most UK courier rate cards split postcode areas exactly like this, especially in Scotland. If yours does, it’s worth a check.

FAQ
The tables and the postcode check only read your settings. Exact matching (Pro) changes which areas match a postcode during checkout, which is the point of it; untick the box and Flexible Shipping behaves exactly as before.
WooCommerce and Flexible Shipping for the free plugin. Pro’s area tables, postcode check and exact matching also need Flexible Shipping Locations.

The tables work anywhere Flexible Shipping does. The postcode check covers UK postcode districts, plus the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. Northern Ireland is checked as a whole postcode area.
